Wayfinding, not roadmaps: how we plan across five industries

A roadmap is a hypothesis with a date attached. Here is the planning practice we use instead when the terrain keeps shifting.

We run practices in workspaces, software, payments, mobility and travel AI. They share almost no market dynamics. What they share is a way of planning.

Fix the destination, re-check the route

We write down what "arrived" looks like in concrete terms, then treat the path as provisional. Every review re-checks the route against what the data now says.

Smallest thing that tells the truth

Before a growth budget, a result has to survive real users, real money and a real month-end. We are patient with proof and impatient with everything after it.

Leave the map better

Every project ends with clearer docs, defaults and ground than it started with. That is how a five-practice company compounds instead of sprawling.
